Owned by Barry Sheen in the late 70s this is a true great British classic sports car from 1961 with its 6 cylinder 3 litre engine and classic sports car looks; this Austin Healey has to be driven to experience the raw power and seat of the pants, hairy chested driving! A rare 2 seater Mk1 with the clean lines and curves of this true British classic.

A true great British classic sports car with its 6 cylinder 3 litre engine and true sports car looks, the Austin Healey 3000 has to be driven to experience the raw power of seat of the pants hairy chested driving; or at least that's how the Austin classic sports cars were portrayed in the 50's & 60's were they were successfully rallied by the BMC works teams including Pat Moss (sister of Stirling Moss). Formerly owned by Barry Sheen - the motorcycle racing ace of the 70's - this car effortlessly enjoys the Lakeland hills and picturesque Dales of the area giving a beautiful deep roar as you twist your way around the winding and rolling roads, turning heads and attracting appreciative looks from passers by and other drivers.

Our wedding day with the Healey!

Hi Rob and Kerry,

Just to say thanks for the great experience in the Healey 3000 on our wedding day - it made it really special and the car looked and drove superbly. With it dressed for the wedding it was a real head turner and we received lots of waves from well wishers as we posed around the Lake District.

Thanks again for delivering and collecting it to/from the hotel on time which was invaluable and for your friendly and informative attitude.

Best wishes for the future,

Paul and Amanda
